Hoyle Koontz, a former award-winning television news photojournalist, began following the panoramic photography industry while in TV news. As a still photography hobbyist for most of his life, he decided to start Technipix Virtual Images in 2002, specializing in panoramic photography. He now does commercial panoramic and still photography, as well as video, serving a number of industries and clients in the Southeast United States.
