As we know, resilience is a term that has been frequently used in recent years, and in our case, it has been interpreted in a way that contributes to this wwpano.
In Milan, it’s not easy to obtain permission to place "something" on public land, and that’s exactly how Jeff’s resilience was put to the test. A dear friend, a talented photographer, and a panoramic photographer himself, Jeff managed—after some negotiation—to secure permission to photograph in the courtyard of the Pinacoteca di Brera. He used his "Abelardo camera," which allows for a photo of "something in front of the device" by projecting an external scene onto the ground, so that the final image is the result of the superimposition of the two images—directly in-camera, with no post-production.
Well done, Jeff, and thank you for your "resilience" and for introducing me to this device.
