Every year, the day before the religious celebration "Su Majestad", the members of the "Hermandad Sacramental de Umbrete" (Brotherhood Sacramental), early are moved to the pine forests near Aznalcazar, to collect rosemary plants (Rosmarinus Oficinalis).

By the following morning the streets covered with carpets of rosemary plants to perfume the passage of the procession with the Blessed Sacrament.

Activity undertaken in specific areas of the pine forest and with the permission of the administration, help to regenerate the forest and mitigate the risk of fire.
