Mansfield Roller Mill
Mansfield, Indiana, USA
September 23, 2005, about 4pm local time
The sleepy town of Mansfield is within Parke County, Indiana, which is locally billed as the "Covered Bridge Capital of the World" for its 30 superb covered bridges. The one here is, at 247 feet, the longest in the county and can be driven through by car. Hopefully, it will escape arson, unlike the one at the nearby Bridgeton Mill, which was burnt down on April 28, 2005.
