In his installation, which changed over the duration of the exhibition, Jochen Kitzbihler worked on relations of emptiness and mass. He referred to the fields of perfectly shaped stone spheres, natural rock finds, and original meteorites that gradually expand and recede in space as "rock-matter clouds." The audience became part of the process through the possibility of moving in the interstices and perceiving the variety of forms, structures, materialities and surfaces.
