The Work goes on forever.

When I was in Jr High (Early '70s) this intersection was a 2-lane gravel road crossing over Interstate-94 in farmland about a mile outside of Fargo, ND. Kids had built a dirt track for bikes and mini-bikes inside the triangle formed by the interstate, the gravel road, and a railroad track.

Since then, the railroad (and its bridge) has been removed, the 2-lane gravel road was paved, the bridge was removed and expanded to 5 lanes and on and off ramps to the interstate added while the road was also expanded to 5 paved lanes. Now the bridge is being widened again, the on and off ramps reconfigured to diamonds, and the road bed is being replaced and also widened.

During all this activity the city has paved over the farmland and expanded 20 miles past.

Seems the Work is never done.......
