The milk powder tower technology is a process used in the production of milk powder. It involves the use of a large tower-like structure, where milk is evaporated and dried to produce powdered milk.
The process begins with the pre-treatment of the milk, which involves heating the milk to a temperature that will eliminate any bacteria present and improve the quality of the final product. The milk is then passed through an evaporator, which removes the water content from the milk, leaving behind a concentrated milk solution.
The concentrated milk solution is then sprayed into the top of a tall, cylindrical tower, which is typically several stories high. Inside the tower, hot air is blown in from the bottom, which causes the milk droplets to evaporate and form small particles. These particles fall down through the tower, gradually losing moisture until they reach the bottom, where they are collected as milk powder.
