French City polls took place between 2nd and 9th of march. At first meeting Mayor and Council team are elected. This picture is shot at Louveciennes west of Paris. Local Mayor Andre Vanhoellebeke is speaking before his voters. He just received the Mayor triple stripes scarf. This first meeting launches a six year's mandatatory period for the new team elected.

Taken with a Nikon D300 + Nikkor DX AF Fisheye 10.5 mm Mounted on a 360Precision Adjust Head. One row of six shots + zenith/nadir. Optimized with DxO Optics and Photoshop, stitched with Realviz and CubicConverter.
