Grafitti Pier is a publicly accessible non-sanctioned street art gallery on private property, currently owned by Conrail. The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, a nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for the benefit of the City of Philadelphia and its citizens, is in the process of acquiring control of the property, and has reached out to the public to seek recommendations and ideas on how to make the space into an official public park and still retain its underground feel.
