This panorama is a so called tower shot on the top level of Scott Monument in Edinburgh. Actually I think this image is only the second best of my images from this year, but I already used my best spherical as a my contribution for the WWP event "Unique".

Making Of

The shooting was done handheld with a Walimex (Samyang) 7.5mm fish eye lens on a Sony QX1. Sixteen images around. The zenith and nadir were retouched by hand in post-processing. The nadir looks differnet in reality, but this way it was easier to retouch...

Software: PTGui Pro, smartblend, Photoshop CC, Pano2VR
