Cambrils is one of the most popular places to head for a picturesque getaway on the Costa Dourada. It sits about 100 km south of Barcelona on Spain's craggy and beautiful North-East coastline. A classy fishing town, it is popular amongst Spaniards and Europeans alike. They come for its boundless sunshine, its world-class gastronomy and its central location.

Cambrils acts as the more peaceful and grown-up alternative to neighbouring Salou. It is the perfect place to bring the whole family - the kids'll love its close proximity to the Theme Park of Port Aventura, Water World Theme Park, and its endless beaches, the teenagers'll be dying to make the most of the night-life in Salou and the grown-ups can enjoy the culture of the old town and the quality restaurants. Hire a car and discover the local wine region. Take a train along the cove-filled coastline. Or enjoy the golf, . There's something for everybody in Cambrils.
