Somen is noodles made with very simple raw materials, water and wheat and salt.
The history is old, the Sakuri City Miwa district is called the birthplace of Somen, and a big and small noodles production place is scattered.
Somen is made at the season when the temperature from November to March dried low.
An image is "Kadoboshi" scenery of a Miwa district to see in the present season.
After it is dried naturally because of the cold wind and sunlight, it ripens
for one year or more in the warehouse and it ships it.
