Here at Paradise Aviary, 3000 birds representing 150 species from around the world, flock in a lush environment of exotic plants. The surroundings are so natural that the birds display normal behaviors of the wild.

Equipment

Nikon D100 camera,Nikon 10.5mm fisheye lens, Manfrotto 303 spherical tripod head, Gitzo 1325 tripod, Nikon D2X camera used to record background sounds of birds chirping

Six images converted from fisheye format to conventional wide angle in Nikon Capture software, Spherical Panorama created with RealViz Stitcher software outputted to Photoshop format with layers. Individual photos of additional birds not in original panorama photographed and added to different photoshop layers of spherical panorama. Conversion of flattened photoshop spherical panorama to QTRV cyndrical format with RealViz Stitcher to create the final quicktime movie.
