Sometimes all you want to do is step out of this technology fuelled world we live in and sit down to watch the world slide by and let nature take the lead. Down here you could be miles away from civilisation, but in reality you are just a few minutes walk. Occasionally you'll pass the time of day sharing a greeting with someone walking along the footpath on the other side of the hedge, but mainly you're left alone to unwind and clear your head.
Normally all my panoramas on here are located to pin-point accuracy but forgive me this time for being a little bit vague. You see everything from the hedge, under the trees and up the bank into the distance is privately owned. It gives the family a fantastic space to use, and for our dogs it's an amazing area for them to run and exercise without worry.
But it's not all sitting down and relaxing. Land like this, especially on the side of the Malvern Hills, takes an effort to keep under control. Without this, it would soon return to impenetrable brambles and long grass. Putting in all this effort really makes you appreciate what you've got, and if I had a list of favourite places then this would definitely be on the top.
