A passing weather front leaves New York City with an unsettled sunset to evening skyline. This aerial 360 panorama is over the central heart of NYC's downtown Manhattan Chinatown district. Strings of street lanterns reveal popular venues where restaurants are setting up for their evening outdoor dining.
