This is the most important hub, the heart of passenger transport in Freiburg. The Wiwilí Bridge or blue bridge like anyone calls it, is crossed by up to 10,000 cyclists per day, the parallel Stühlinger bridge is used by almost all tramways, serves as a pedestrian crossing, also for passengers from the main railway station below, where trains from all directions stop. The round building, the bike station, contains a bicycle parking garage, a travel agency, a car sharing office and a pub to name only a few. On the other side is the central bus terminal and below are large underground car parkings.
