This is "Oshiko Shrine" in Hyogo prefecture. My parents are praying in front of a huge stone measuring 5.7 meters high and 6.4 meters wide. It looks as if it's floating in a pond, it is called the"Uki Ishi( floating stone)."

It is not clear when, by whom, or for what purpose the stone was made. Legend has it that one day two gods tried to made it but another god hindered. And it is still under construction.

So it's a mysterious performing art by the gods.
