The military training area was established in 1890 by the German government. After the second world war the British army took control of the base. Today the area is used by several NATO countries and part of a German military base as well. On weekends most of the area is open to the public. This old tank has been kept as a military target for training purposes I guess. Inside there is a little tree growing on the rust. A nice little image about color and other contrasts.
