Julia and David right after getting married at the register office in the Wedding Tower. Their collegues from work were forming a guard of honor.

The Wedding Tower is part of the Mathildenhöhe in Darmstadt, an Art Nuveau artists colony. It was built in 1908 in memory of the marriage of the Grand Duke Ernst Ludwig to Princess Eleonore zu Solms-Hohensolms-Lich. The architect was Josef Maria Olbrich, a member of the artists colony.
