As long as we will be produce garbage, I think it is better to burn it, recycle the energy and clean the off gas. Like this it is done in Stuttgart with quite a modern power plant. A railway bridge crosses the site from where one has a good overview. Only it should be a quick shooting, before the next train passes by ... ;-)
