This medieval bridge built by the Romans during the Iberian peninsula occupation. It was used during the escape of the French army during French Napolionic invasions.
It has a legend: a runaway criminal wanted to cross the river, and desperatelly called for the devil, who build the bridge. After crossing the bridge, the devil destroyed it.
Near the end of his life , the man confessed this situation to a prist. The prist repeated the same story (invoke the devil to cross the river...) and when crossing the bridge , throw holly water to the bridge, and so this bridge remains till today.

It´s a very nice bridge with an elegant light shape, in a fairy tale landscape.
