This picture is of the the "Weserwehr" bridge that crosses the river Weser upstream of the City of Bremen. It is the first water regulation and the downstream side gets tidel influence whereas a constant level is maintained on the upstream side. It is a recent construction that replaced an old waterworks which generated hydro-power. Instead a fossil burning powerplant was errected just behind , its visible in the panorama.

The reason I choose this particular place is the column ( in the default view) at the head of the bridge. It has a janus head on top and a writing on it that seems to be an extension of what on webresearch was coined as " inscription on a Vienna bridge author anonymus:

Alles ist nur Uebergang,
merke wohl die ernsten Worte,
von der Stund, von dem Orte,
treibt dich eingepflanzter Drang,
Tod ist Leben , Sterben Pforte,
Alles ist nur Uebergang

a homemade translation into "web":

All is transition
remember well those earnest words,
off the hour, off the place
urges you inner craving
death is life, dying is a gate
all is transition

so it somewhat reminded me on the wider aspect of this world wide panorama event being bridges as in transitions.
This is a 48 images stitch.
