My son Moritz was very proud to feed the sheep - all on his own and without supervision, with enthusiasm and fully committed.

This is how work should be: Satisfying and raising self-confidence. Knowing that something has to be done for someone (or for some animal) to make life (or even the world) better, not only for money.

Augustin Thyssen, the owner of this very unusual farm named La Crueize, surely has made this his philosophy of life. All he did in the past 35 years had the aim to make and keep this place an "essential paradise", as a visitor once called it. See more on his page: la.crueize.com
