The Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces created iron that was turned into the steel used in the Empire State Building, Golden Gate Bridge and many WWII battleship guns. While never to make iron again, the blast furnaces create a backdrop for history and art. Now music blast from the stages while people enjoy a show. And former workers who managed these red hot furnaces now give historical tours.
