Time is a fundamental element of music. This is a picture of the rehearsal of one of the rotating lineups of the band for the contemporary service at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Cary, NC. The lineup for the band on this week was:

Band Leader/Bass/Electric Guitar: Doug Durnbaugh

Worship Leader: Susan Collins

Acoustic Guitar: Dan Heimsoth

Electric Guitar: David Lubkeman

Keyboards: Mike Whitcher

Drums: Ron Durnbaugh

Vocalists: Lynda Whicher, Sarah Whitcher, Deb Oesterling

Sound Tech: Henry Harding

The soundtrack for this pano is part of a song written by a musician who is in the band rotation but was not playing this week, Randy Leach, and co-written by Kara Greer.

There is another time reference in the picture, the 2 scoreboard clocks on either end of the basketball court. For months after they were installed they were 1 minute off from each other, but now they are in sync.
