Sea Towers is a set of two towers combined together, one has 28 levels and the other has 36 levels. The taller of the two with a antenna on it's roof will reach height of 138 meters. The highest level will have terrace for it's residents.

Three of the lower levels are designated for technical communications, parking lot, retail center, recreation center. On the front of the building are located executive business offices overlooking the gulf.

Above the commercial levels are luxurious ocean view apartments designed specifically to take the full advantage of the view.
