This is the view from the very top of the Victoria Prospect Tower which is at the Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire.

The tower is around 50 foot high and the hill it sits on is 800 foot high. There is a steep spiral staircase with 54 steps leading to the viewing platform where it is possible to see five counties.

The tower was named after the Princess (later Queen) Victoria who visited Matlock Bath in 1832, work on the circular stone tower was begun in 1844 by Mr. John Pechell, the then owner of the Heights of Abraham.

In this 360 view you can see the cable cars that you can use to get to the top of the Heights of Abraham. These provide you with a stunning view of the valley as it takes you over the river Derwent.

In this view you can clearly see the town of Matlock. Also Riber Castle on the top of the hill to the left of the Cable Cars.
