"Convenience" sums it up in one word. All our social destinations are a few minutes away. One corner you see the community church. To the right is the local post ffice. Wide steets accomodate 3 lanes of traffic in each direction.. Local shopping is readily available. And for a quick inexpensive evening dinner out... we have the resturant.
