The historic center of the city of Corfu, in Corfu Island, Greece, is a wonderful example of middle-age Venetian architecture. By walking in the small alleys, the visitor can discover wonderfull buildings of the 15th-19th century, aristocratic mansions of noble families of the past. In one of those buildings we discovered a small private garden with a 200 years old magnolia tree. The building dates back to 1823, having almost the same age with the magnolia tree.
