This panorama was captured at the lowest tide over a Kuwaiti shore.
So you might ask how this can be a garden. Well, think of it like this… if you’re in Europe during the summer and you want to escape a heat wave you’d probably go to a garden, layback and wait for the summer breeze to cool you down.
Here, however, we don’t really have ‘green’ gardens. That’s why I love to consider this place as a Kuwaiti Garden. The ground is completely covered with brown seaweed called Brown Algae -which is known to form “prominent underwater forests”. The panorama was captured at around 4pm. It shows a typical Kuwaiti summer, sandstorm and heat. Most of the city’s skyscrapers were not be visible due to the sandstorm. It was the best outdoor place to be in for anyone wants to cool down and have a garden experience!
Another info might be worth mentioning, I’m no ecology expert but according to a scientist (who actually was at that location and can be seen in the pano), this shore is considered one of the richest in marine ‘creatures’ due to the mix in sea water and the Euphrates River water.
