Concrete objects in front of the building of the Estonian Academy of Arts are the winning art work "Patina." The purpose of the picture frame is to offer everyone the opportunity to present their creation. There's no censorship.

The EKA is part of the public space, and everything that is happening in the public and in the political landscape also comes here. According to Anne Pikkov, the Vice-Rector of the Estonian Academy of Arts, this is probably an expression of someone's concern for what is happening in society today. "EKA stands for free art and believes in equal rights. Art has always reflected what is happening in politics and is a reflection of society." Concrete picture frame "Patina" is still free to express to everyone. Everyone can, even immediately, visually reshape them.
