Recently acquired from Les Hôtels Particuliers by Paris Society, the Vaux-de-Cernay Abbey hotel was a Cistercian monastery from the 12th century. Redevelopment work is actually taking shape and the reopening is planned in the coming months. "Our objective is to make it the most beautiful hotel in the Paris region", explains Pierre-Etienne Caire, Director of the hotel division of Paris Society.
