A house in an ancient Japanese style, built in 1915 by the father of Mr. 水上勉 [Minakami Tsutomu, 1919-2004], was relocated piece by piece from Fukui-ken in Japan and re-assembled and re-finished in Danshui, the Peace Park close to the Hobe Fort(滬尾礮台).

"A drop of water has endless potential", Constant dripping wears away the stone. In history decade is a very tiny piece, an old Chinese saying goes, "It takes ten years to grow trees but a hundred years to rear people".

Sand grains accumulate to make a tower a tower (idiom); by gathering small amounts one gets a huge quantity.

The WWP first decade, the panographer from around the world provide vital records and various view. and that will be last forever.
