HMCS Haida (G63) is a Tribal-class destroyer that served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1943-1963. Haida sank more enemy surface tonnage than any other Canadian warship.

Over the past decade, Hamilton has made substantial investments in developing its west harbourfront, expanding its trail systems, and restoring the harbour and Cootes Paradise. The plan will complement the recent creation of two waterfront parks, Bayfront and Pier 4, while supporting further development of Piers 8 and 9 where the new $10 million Parks Canada Discovery Centre and restored HMCS Haida both opened in 2003.

Equipment

A Canon EOS 5D MkII with a Canon 8-15mm L-series lens set at 8mm was used on a Manfrotto 303SPH head. The spherical panorama was stitched together with PTGui Pro. This panorama was shot with available light at 1/500 second @ f8 in RAW mode with an ISO of 200 on the Canon EOS 5D MkII. I processed all of the images in the RAW conversion software Adobe Camera Raw 7.2.
