Typical fare for a lazy afternoon in Florida. While your author prepares for a fried grouper sandwich with a side of onion rings along with a dozen oysters shared with your author's partner, Colonel Bob gears up for a dive into an order of fish and chips. Meanwhile, Mrs. Lois isn't holding back on her cheeseburger.

The literal food is obvious in this image, what isn't so blatant is the food of life that family brings. This gathering of people was long overdue - by several years. Our feast is one of more than just these items shown in the picture. It is the time, laughter and stories shared in a brief afternoon respite after the day's long journey from Colorado.
