Seven greenhouses, representing the seven essential herbs of the Frankfurter Grüne Soße.

Kerbel - chervil
Kresse - cress
Petersilie - parsley
Pimpinelle - salad burnet
Sauerampfer - sorrel
Schnittlauch - chives

The seven greenhouses are near fields of herbs in Frankfurt Oberrad. In the distance you can see the skyline of Frankfurt and several big greenhouses, also filled with herbs for the Frankfurter Grüne Soße.
