Using the handy IR remote on the Nikon D70, it's easy for anyone trip the shutter. I've started including my young nieces in some of my panoramas. It's fun for them and engages their interest in both photography and VR at a very young age, and I get to play with them and shoot at the same time. This image was created on the afternoon of Easter Sunday. Upstate NY still had plenty of snow in late March, but the sun was shining and the skies were clear. The girls tried to use the bubbles from their Easter baskets, struck poses, and each shot three of the six images around (plus many more I edited out before stitching.)With the equinox comes the beginning of longer days, and the gradual creep towards the elusive springtime, of which Easter is the symbolic holiday. I hope that these panoramas will also be the beginning of a lifelong interest in photography for the girls.
