This was a challenging panorama as the weather was quite extreme for the whole Easter weekend. This photo was taken in the middle of a sandstorm, which you can see as a series of bands hanging over the ground. Across the water you can see Appledore, a sleepy fishing village of tiny cottages and winding lanes, now mostly holiday homes.
