Okay the title is a joke, but the Enoteca Regionale, located in the Rocca Sforzesca in Dozza (Bologna), houses a permanent wine exhibition with over 800 different wines produced by around 200 wineries, member of the Enoteca.

The exhibition is arranged according to wine and food matching principles, thus allowing visitors to undertake an imaginary journey through an ideal wine-list which includes all the wines from the Region: from aperitif wines to the sweet ones for desserts, without forgetting balsamic vinegar, spirits, liquors, olive oil and many other specialities.

A panel of experts guarantees the organoleptic quality of the wines and of the typical products on sale.

Visitors and operators can taste all of them in two fully-equipped wine-tasting rooms.
