My wife is from Limerick and I was due to show my face there as I have not been there in a while. It was decided for me that my market place panorama would be The Milk Market.

The Milk Market was originally built in 1830, and was renovated and reconstructed in 1989/90. Originally the market sold mostly homegrown produce including vegetables, corn and milk (hence the name). It is still a thriving weekly market selling fresh, organic and home-made produce of every kind.
