ByWard Market is one of Canada's oldest public markets.

The original market building was constructed in 1848 and the current one was built in 1926.

ByWard Market is located in the downtown area of Ottawa's oldest commercial and residential neighborhoods. It is open year round and host many boutiques, shops, and restaurants.

Behind the scene : how this panorama was made

I had really bad luck creating this panorama. I was delayed arriving at the market because I was trying to equip myself with the tools to capture sound, so I could add it to the panorama. I was unable to locate what I wanted and thus was unable to even record sound. I arrived just before the owners were packing up. I only managed to capture the one panorama. I under exposed that. Inside it was too narrow to setup a tripod and too dark to shoot hand held.

I have since purchased a digital sound recorder and promise to practice before the next event.
