The vast majority of them are not thoroughly excavated, and when, now and then, one of them is, surprises may arise. This is the case with this Castro (celt settlement) in Ribadumia. It was inhabited from the IVth c. BC to 1st c. AD, when it was burnt and abandoned. Thousands of pieces of pottery, stone and bronze tools have been already discovered, and who knows what it is still there in store, as the settlement's works are still far from been finished.
