Cooking is an important cultural element and can, sometimes, be considered as an art too. Moreover, Mediterranean diet has recently been included by UNESCO on its list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (http://www.unesco.org/culture/ich/RL/00394)
In this particular entry I have captured Michelin Star Chef Susi Diaz from La Finca Restaurant on a day cooking session with her team. I had the chance to record this on a 360º video too which can be seen at http://www.zakato.com/?p=4088.
