Fences and Gates identify surface space. Fences also provide visual privacy. Driveway gates are a movable type fence. Our gate uses solar panel mounted on 8ft (2.5m) pole to power trickle charge the 12 V battery to operate. Read open and close.

The gate operator motor controller uses an indoor switch, a button at the gate, wireless remote key fob, in car mirror "HomeLink" switch to open and close the gate. The switches are a personal convenience. Installed this gate 30 years ago. Still works.
