A Market converted to a Garden

Since many years, there is a German Christmas Market near the City Hall. For 2020, because of the Covid-19, the event was cancelled in its 2019 formula. But the people of Quebec City still wanted to put some light in Old Quebec and they organized the German Christmas Garden.
