In a week with lots of rain it felt so great to see the sun again. Although it was a cold winter day with fast moving clouds and their coming and going shadows, one could see how the people enjoyed the sun. Directly above the Scoop, an event location for cinema, music and open-air theatre performances, you are surrounded by modern office buildings. At the same time you can see Tower Bridge and the "Tower" on the north bank of the Thames.
