This is one of my favourite panoramas and also hiking moments in 2018. A day with some of my best friends in a landscape that I love so much. The Water event from 2005 also shows a panorama from this area - besides the funny name of this mountain Saurüsselkopf caught my interest and after I found out that an impressively large number of mountains share a similar name I planned to climb all the namesakes. Ok - let's say I'll pick some of the more prominent and interesting ones. Sau is the german word for a female pig, Rüssel means proboscis (like an elephant's trunk), and Kopf is german for head.
