Good Friday Promenade

A 5 km walk round the Niddastausee, with warm beautifull weather.
The lake is a local recreation area and parts of it are a nature reservat.

The Niddastausee is an artificial lake for regulating the water level of the river Nidda and has water turbins for power generation. The dam was built from 1968 to 1970.
