The chemistry laboratory of the former Institute of Chemistry-Metallurgy ULg-Val Benoit.

Until 2005 the "Val Benoit" site was a university campus of the University of Liège (ULg), where were engineers and other scientists were trained.
The SPI bought the building in order to renovate and transform it into a business park.
The entire "Val Benoit" site will be reclassified as an urban zone with a variety of functions: housing, services, catering, education, economic activities, leisure and relaxation, culture spaces.

Jusqu’en 2005 le site du "Val Benoit" était un campus universitaire de l’Université de Liège (ULg) où étaient formés ingénieurs et autres professions scientifiques.
Le bâtiment a été acheté par la SPI qui procède à sa rénovation en un parc d’activités économiques destinés à l’installation d’entreprises.
L’ensemble du site du "Val benoit" sera requalifié en quartier urbain présentant une mixité de fonctions : logements, services, Horeca, enseignement, activités économiques, espaces de loisirs et de détente, espaces culturels.
