On a crisp February afternoon while wandering around the French Quarter in New Orleans, LA, my wife and I stopped for a beautiful blue-sky VR in Jackson Square.

Much of the Katrina devastation has been rebuilt in the city itself but the outlying areas around New Orleans are still in pretty sad shape. Work continues, though.
